Job description
The Financial Manager of Ceradis will be in charge of:
- Preparing accurate and complete quarterly and annual reports (incl. consolidation) in accordance with Dutch GAAP
- Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes and systems
- Managing internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Analysing financial situation of the Ceradis Group and timely, pro-actively flagging any financial issues and suggesting improvements
- Assisting in the preparation of yearly budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Ensuring adherence to and optimalization of internal control processes
- Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance and optimalization of taxes at all levels of the Ceradis Group
- Assisting in the preparation of WBSO (R&D tax credit) filings
You will report to the Director of Finance & Business Development, and will be based in Wageningen, NL.
Our candidate must be
- An accountant (Dutch MBO or HBO level) with at least two years of experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit who takes ownership, a real go-getter
- Is flexible in working hours as we have an international orientation
- Is flexible in activities as we are a small company, and everyone chips in
- Hands-on and willing to fulfil practical tasks
- Fluent in English

- Experienced in working with Exact
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable regarding the foundations of IFRS
