SUMMARY
We are looking for an engaged and motivated agronomist (m/f/d) to oversee and conduct experimental trials as well as to organize and analyze our extensive trial data portfolio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conception, planning, and execution of development trials in the areas of crop production and cultivation methods, both in the field and in the greenhouse.
- Monitoring and documentation of trial procedures, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Evaluation and presentation of trial results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Input to R&D as well as to commercial.
- Organization, digitalization, and maintenance of our existing data inventory, including the development and implementation of data management strategies and processes.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from the areas of phytopathology , marketing, R&D, and MT.
- Monitoring and compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Completed degree in agricultural sciences, crop production, agricultural biology, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in conducting development trials and data management in agriculture.
- Flexible with entrepreneurial spirit – a real goal getter.
- Sound knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and trial planning.
- Experience in the ARM software system, databases, and other software tools for agriculture.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
